Multisensor offers comprehensive service contracts to ensure each instrument operates in accordance with its full performance specification. Servicing can be carried out on site, eliminating the need to return instruments to the factory and helping to minimise downtime and cost.
VOC and THM Analysers
Our VOC and THM analysers typically require servicing every six months. Multisensor’s service programme includes replacement of filter elements, firmware updates where required, and full verification of instrument components and system operation.
Technical Training
While Multisensor products are designed for straightforward deployment and operation, effective training ensures customers are able to achieve the best possible performance for their specific applications.
Multisensor provides technical training covering instrument operation, software functionality, graphical user interfaces and the access, interpretation and use of collected data.
